Here's why you should get involved

Now in our 7th year, Mister G’s Halloween Fiesta has become a beloved, annual tradition for children and families in the Pioneer Valley. This year we have three exciting new initiatives that rely on your support to help us enrich this tradition and reach a more diverse audience:

Make this event ACCESSIBLE to all families

Help us reach our budget goal so that we can make this concert affordable for everyone with a $5 ticket price, removing economic barriers and welcoming all children and families to the historic Academy of Music in Northampton.

Send a musical postcard to Haiti

Music transcends language and promotes cross-cultural understanding. Help us connect children from the Pioneer Valley with their peers in Haiti through collaboration on a new song and video.

Raise awareness for H.O.S.T.

HOST is a small, grassroots non-profit based in Vermont that supports earthquake orphans at Foyer Evangelique Universel Orphanage in Croix-des-Bouquets, Haiti.

Sponsorship Benefits

Along with all of the usual benefits (e.g. logo on web and print materials), we are offering a number of innovative ways for sponsors to engage with our audience in person and online.

Your logo will be featured on the big screen as part of our sponsor loop before and after the show. Sponsors who pledge $1000 or more will have their own animated slide with rich visual possibilities. Our Marquee sponsor will be recognized with a short video.

Audience members will be invited to have their photo taken on our red carpet as they enter the theater (remember, it’s Halloween), and the photos will be posted on Facebook and Instagram. Sponsors who pledge $1000 or more will be tagged in each post, stirring excitement and linking your brand with our strong social media presence.

Sponsors who pledge $2000 or more will be mentioned or incorporated into a block of prime-time radio spots on WRSI, 93.9 The River. You’ll even have the option of joining us in the studio to record an intro (e.g. “Hazel here from ACME corp, inviting you to join me for the seventh annual Halloween Fiesta…”).

Each year we convert the Academy of Music’s Salon (the room off the lobby) into a showcase for our educational partners. Participants can set up a six-foot table to share materials along with a pop-up banner or standing display. This is a great way to engage prospective children and parents who are curious to learn about area schools and programs.

In addition to all of the benefits listed below, we seek out creative ways to help you engage with our audience and create value for your organization. Singular benefits include having your logo on our Red Carpet step-and-repeat, joining us onstage to introduce an artist, and the possibility of a pop-up performance/radio promotion at your place of business.
